Quite a few potholes on the road surface, at least 1.5 inches in depth. The pavement along side is exactly the same. On the odd number side between 63-59. I actually stepped on the edge of a pothole and my ankle gave way and fell over in the middle of the road. This was when carrying a shopping bag.

Both here and the kingswells side of the roundabout have multiple streams across the cycle path. There are 2 or 3 permanent ones with many more in winter conditions. These areas tend to freeze in winter and as they are right in the braking zones for cyclists approaching the crossing they are extremely hazardous.

The lights at the junction of Rousay Drive and the Lang Stracht have been problematic for the last few weeks during rush hour (4-5pm, can't comment on other times as not there then). Coming out of Rousay Drive, they only allow a couple of cars through before changing to red, resulting in a build up of traffic on Rousay Drive. The lights appear to allow 2 "batches" of traffic through along the Lang Stracht straight after each other. This has a knock on effect on surrounding roads as queues tail onto Eday Road, and traffic leaving Tesco turns left to Eday Road and then builds up on Stronsay Drive to get back to the Lang Stracht.
