Robertston Place requires re-tarring. Been lobbying for this for years now. No work been done since I came here 51 years ago except a spoonful of tar thrown down which promptly came up. Disgraceful condition. I wonder where my council tax money is spent on. Certainly not here.

Huge potholes next to lampost next to no 21, 5th March
The pothole is fixed and within months it’s the same again, it’s not being fixed properly and therefore repairs are happening all the time. A waste of tax payers money. Someone scratched my car as the swerved to avoid the pothole.

No room for pedestrians. Bicycle charging station in dangerous position., 1st February
The new cycle installation is in a ridiculous position making it unsafe for pedestrians and even Motorists entering Culter House Road from Contlaw Road. This corner has been accident prone prior to this and now even worse. Children have to be accompanied to school being unsafe to let them go themselves.

Poor phasing, 17th January
The temporary traffic lights are either being ignored or the timing is all wrong.
I came across the lights heading west and stopped at the red light. The light turned green as just as I entered the single lane section, I met a car coming the other way who maintained that they had passed a green signal.
I reversed out of the way only to find my signal had gone red again. When the signal went green, there were still cars coming through the other way.
It looks like the timing for the lights is wrong.

Potholes on both sides of the road, 12th January
Numerous potholes on both sides of the road. Have been there for months and are only getting worse. This entire road is pretty dangerous due to the number of potholes you have to try and avoid while driving down it.

Large potholes at entrance to street, 21st March
These potholes have been there for many years As you enter the street and as you navigate the pothole on corner you have to go on the wrong side of the street Attempts have been made unsuccessfully to fix them I have lived in this street since it was developed in 1971 and it has never been resurfaced As a rate payer I find this very unsatisfactory that the street is so poorly maintained and commented by numerous people living in the street and other users Please look at this problem

Large pothole at the pavement, elderly residents of the nursing home at risk of falls as well as the elderly visitors to the home, 13th August
There is a large pothole at the pavement facing the entrance of Hawkhill House nursing home. Visitors reported that it was causing high risk of accidents/ trips/ falls on numerous occasions.

No Grit bins with salt or sand provided, 14th January
Dear Sir/Madam, Our street earlspark Crescent namely around house no 33 earlspark Crescent does have any Grit bins provided with sand or salt and neither the Earlspark crescent road has been cleared of snow during the last snow we had. I would request for council to provide Sand or salt filled Grit bins so that many elderly reside around this street can benefit from slips and falls.
