Poor phasing, 17th January
The temporary traffic lights are either being ignored or the timing is all wrong.
I came across the lights heading west and stopped at the red light. The light turned green as just as I entered the single lane section, I met a car coming the other way who maintained that they had passed a green signal.
I reversed out of the way only to find my signal had gone red again. When the signal went green, there were still cars coming through the other way.
It looks like the timing for the lights is wrong.

Unnecessary road sign?, 8th December
There is a “road closed” sign at this end of the road between the Garlogie lights and Cherrybank, but there isn’t a sign at Cherrybank.
This has meant diversions and traffic into town of over 8 miles which are unnecessary, cause excess traffic in town, wasted fuel and unnecessary emissions
The road between Countesswells and Easter Ord is clear. It looks like someone has not cleared away a sign.

Several potholes on A944 westbound, 20th February
Several substantial potholes have opened up on the westbound carriageway of the A944 between the new bypass junction and the A944/B9119 traffic lights. This is primarily along the tarmac 'trench' that runs along this road, but means traffic has to move closer to the centre of the road to avoid hitting these potholes.

Deep trench on layby, 7th February
The road around the new AWPR bridge at Rotten of Garten has been improved, thanks. However, the road surface is quiet a bit higher than it was and this has resulted in a deep trench along the road verge that leads to a layby. The layby is a popular parking spot for walkers and bikers.
A couple of barrows of hard-core or asphalt would prevent cars being damaged at the location.(which is now the only parking area at Rotten of Garten since the existing car park was incorporated in to the landscaping for the AWPR works

2 x potholes on left hand lane westbound A944 Kingsford, 2nd November
Road surface along left hand lane of A944 westbound in Kingsford area (between new roundabout/flyover and lights at junction with B9119) is very rough in general, but there are 2 potholes in this stretch which are very bad. They have been present for at least 3 1/2 months (time I have been driving along this road) and I am concerned every day they will damage my car.

No U Turn Sign - Lamp Out, 25th March
1x Lamp out on the 'No U Turn For 1 1/4 Mile' Sign. The '1' has eroded from the sign also. Located (east bound), on the A944. Located near Kingsford. Located in-between the AWPR & the Cattle Crossing.
(Also note, nearly ALL of the road signs, especially the 'No U Turn' signs, along the A944 in both directions, have there lamps out).

DREADFUL potholes and surface, 5th February
Contlaw Road generally is in poor condition but from Upper Beanshill past Nether Contlaw the surface is DREADFUL and full of potholes. These are particularly bad in the wet and the dark. This is a continuing problem as traffic is increased to avoid AWPR works at Milltimber Brae and Rob Roy Bridge.

There is a very deep pothole opened up on the kingswells to westhill road if heading to westhill, 14th November
Its dangerous as people swerve at the last minute into the outside lane to avoid iy.

Side of road collapsed., 26th September
Side of road collapsed. Probably flood related damage from December 2015. Cones marking the area but has been like this for approximately 9 months. Lack of signage. Should be repaired due to high volume of traffic and heavy vehicles currently using this road before further collapse and a possible accident.

Dry stone wall collapse, 8th September
Hi This wall has been up since 1800's its about 5ft wide. with the AWPR lorries, & more volume of traffic (due to Kingswells being closed for road works) driving to and from site the vibration has set this wall to collapse. it has not only collapsed our wall but other walls are being damaged on this strip of road. it's a back road that cannot cope with the volume of traffic and vibration.
