Pothole dangerous as street too narrow for avoidance if cars parked opposite. Road much busier now with large lorries delivering to "Boxcar Cafe".

Huge potholes next to lampost next to no 21, 5th March
The pothole is fixed and within months it’s the same again, it’s not being fixed properly and therefore repairs are happening all the time. A waste of tax payers money. Someone scratched my car as the swerved to avoid the pothole.

Pedestrian crossing constantly being blocked by parked vehicles, 30th August
This crossing just by Costa Coffe in Cults is being constantly blocked by vehicle that park there to visit local shops therefore making it impossible for people with wheelchairs, disabilities, young moms with prams and other people to cross. Daily there’s at least 20 vehicles parking there and I have seen several arguments between pedestrians and car owners at this spot.

Multiple potholes on Deeview Road South (recurring problem), 21st July
Multiple potholes on Deeview Road South, mostly outside numbers 41 and 43. These have been patch-fixed several times but keep returning a relatively short time after each fix. A larger scale fix would be best but another patch-fix would reduce the issue in the short term. Currently the holes are getting larger and deeper. There are multiple in a short distance and the noise of cars and delivery vans going through them is loud.

Overhanging trees, 16th July
There are many sycamore trees along this stretch of road which are growing on the verge and obscuring vision. There should be nothing growing between the road and the dyke except short grass. These trees could've been taken out with lopers 15 years ago (I complained about them back then) however it will now need chainsaws etc. Please get these all removed asap as it just gets worse every year.

Potential fake speed limit sign, 14th July
A sign has been put up on South Deeside Road on the bend just after ardoe hotel with a 40 mph speed limit on one side and a national speed limit sign on the other. I believe this could be fake.

Large potholes at entrance to street, 21st March
These potholes have been there for many years As you enter the street and as you navigate the pothole on corner you have to go on the wrong side of the street Attempts have been made unsuccessfully to fix them I have lived in this street since it was developed in 1971 and it has never been resurfaced As a rate payer I find this very unsatisfactory that the street is so poorly maintained and commented by numerous people living in the street and other users Please look at this problem

Dangerous potholes, 25th May
Some of the worst I've ever seen. If someone hits this in the dark they'll have a serious crash. Potholes isn't doing it justice, these are enormous craters.

Large potholes covering the width of the road., 3rd January
There are very large potholes covering the whole width of the road and are now in a dangerous state of repair. I reported these potholes in January 2020 and Aberdeenshire Council have been to inspect them but to date no work has been carried out.

More potholes, 1st August
There are several potholes along the east and south side of the road on kirk drive. In particular outside the driveway of Roscobie. The street is used as parking for people who live on kirk Brae who have multiple cars which means all the traffic uses one side causing more damage. This is also a busy cut through road furthering the issues. Just coming and going from visiting my family here results in damage to my car and I think I will need to get new tyres from these holes.

Large pothole in culdsac where all traffic turns including refuse lorries, 17th February
This is turning area for all vehicles entering street the street was opened in 1971 it has never been resurfaced and now areas which have been repaired have eroded Dangerous for people walking and several drains are subsiding
