Fresh road markings need painted, 10th August

Thu, 10 Aug 2017 08:57:26 +0100

Need fresh lines painted to clearly show the road lanes and the layby sliproad for entrance to boswell road, there are 2 faded old lines which either confuse drivers or they arent clear enough as everytime i try to get into boswell (sitting in sliproad) oncoming cars almost smash into my car by not keeping to their lane. Been an issue for quite some time now but getting worse as paint fades.

Various Speed Cushions - Along northern end of Schoolhill Road, 5th February

Fri, 05 Feb 2016 10:15:44 +0000

A number of the speed cushions along this road have deteriorated badly over the last few months. Holes have appeared where the road was cut for the cushions to be formed. This is the area where the two different surfaces meet and generally where vehicle tyres go over. With the road build up crumbling away, the red top surface is also now breaking off and leaving debris on the road. Reported previously with no response.

Potholes at roundabout, 9th June

Tue, 09 Jun 2015 09:16:19 +0100

Roundabout area requires resurface as car tyres have worn away at this over the years, narrow car tyres always seem to find the ruts here so very dangerous as they are likely to do damage or throw someone into adjacent lane.
